The agreement
Here's the deal, in plain English.
Send this to your customer before they pay you anything.
What the monthly includes
Your $50 a month covers hosting, your domain, keeping your Google listing correct, security updates, and small changes when you call — anything under about thirty minutes, like text edits, swapping photos, updating your hours, or adding a service to the list.
What gets quoted separately
New pages, booking systems, redesigns, additional photo shoots, and anything over about thirty minutes of work. We quote it first, so you always know the number before we start.
What an app includes
Take bookings and appointments. Loyalty punch cards. Let customers reorder their usual. Send a notification when you run a special. Your info and a call button on their home screen. Anything outside that list we'll talk through and quote before we start.
When payment is due
The build fee — $250 for a website, $1,000 for an app if you pick the pay-for-the-build option — is due before we start. Your monthly starts the day your site goes live, not the day you sign up.
The app plan's one-year term
The $100-a-month app plan runs for one year, because we build the whole app before you've paid us anything and the year covers our cost. The $1,000 option carries no term at all.
Websites have no contract
Cancel by calling the same number you called the first time. Your monthly stops and that's that.
What happens if you leave
The domain is yours — it goes in your name the first week. We hand you your site files and your photos. Moving them to a new host is on you or whoever you hire next; we'll answer questions, but we won't be running it anymore.
What we don't promise
We don't promise a specific number of calls or customers — anyone who does is guessing. What we do is get you found, make calling you easy, and show you how many people tapped the call button.
